Today we went down to Salt lake and visited City Creek and Temple Square! It was a lot of fun and much needed family time. We stopped at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory which always puts us in a good mood :) It was a quick trip but we had fun!

Snow in APRIL???
April so far has been sunny and warm. Then it turned cold and windy and we ended up with SNOW! So, we made it into some fun. The kids and I went out and made a snow man ( kind of) and had a snow ball fight and played for a while. It was cold but so much fun. Then we ended it with some yummy hot chocolate with marshmallows. Mmmm. Hopefully next week will be spring again :)

Our Recent Family Adventures
We spent a year (October 2013- October 2014) in Chappell Nebraska while Adam worked there for the Best Western. He started out as the Front Desk Manager and ended up being the General manager for a few months. Jacob turned 2 in match of 2014 and we had a fun dump truck birthday party for him. He was so cute and I couldn't believe our baby was 2. We had a fun summer going to the Scottsbluff, Nebraska Zoo, Denver Aquarium, and The train depot in Cheyenne,Wy. The kids loved every minute of our adventures. Sophia did preschool and learned a lot. She turned 4 in August of 2014 and had a Doc Mcstuffins birthday at the park with some friends in our Ward. They had so much fun. We liked our time there and had some fun times. We met some great people and wouldn't change our experience for anything. It was nice to completely on our own for a while but we missed our family here in Utah and couldn't wait to get back. We moved back to Logan in October of last year and Adam finished school and I have been working on my crochet business on Facebook and had a great time doing that. So here are our recent adventures that we have had this year ( I am starting with this year because I don't want to have the hassle of trying to remember everything that happened in Nebraska) :)
We have had a great 2015 year so far. We celebrated Jacob's 3rd birthday in March with a Thomas the Train theme. He LOVED it and kept wanting to play with the cool balloon. Grandma and Grandpa came and celebrated with us. Adam FINALLY graduated from school with his Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources at the end of March, got a brand new job as the General Manager of the Old Rock Church Bed and Breakfast in Providence and is doing a lot of great improvements. He loves his job and is working hard to make it great as it once was.
We celebrated Easter the whole week before and it was great. We went to Baby animal days at the American West Heritage Center here in Logan and the kids LOVED it. They both wanted to ride a pony so we let them. We thought that Sophia would be the scared one, because for some reason she is scared of EVERYTHING and to our surprise, she loved it. Jacob on the other hand, didn't love it as much and cried when Adam put him on. But it was fun all in all. We saw my siblings after a long 3 years and all of the cousins got to play and see eachother. My brother Ej and sis in law Heather came up from St. George and it was so fun to have Everyone in the same room together.
For our Easter activities, we did the Easter Walk that was put on by Downtown Logan. It was cold but fun and we did our own little Easter thing in between Conference on Easter Sunday. We colored eggs, made a yummy dessert, and did an Easter egg Hunt.
